A few days after we brought our daughter Odette home from the hospital we had a newborn lifestyle photo session in our home. We wanted to capture those first couple weeks as well as capture how little she was and get photos of us as a family!

We worked with Jenn Ayres of Ayres Photography again, she’s becoming our go to! I planned all the styling before delivery and kept it simple. It was a lot more effort than I expected to just style my hair down and feel ready to be photographed, so I’m glad I kept it simple! I wore pjs and my coming home from the hospital dress all from The Gap. They have some nice nursing clothing. My husband wore the Daddy T-shirt our close friends gave him when they visited us at the hospital. Odette wore a simple stars and moons onesie she got from her grandparents and her Gemini coming home outfit from LittleNestCo. We had a lot of fun and I’m in love with these happy and cozy photos of our new life together!
