This year I had the pleasure of shooting a maternity set for Jennifer and Richard. We did many photos of just Jennifer to capture the time before her first baby was born, but this maternity session was also a great opportunity to do some couple portraits. The month before a new baby is born is an exciting time and I think these portraits really capture how happy Jennifer and Richard are and how much having a baby reinforces the love a couple feels for each other.
Always a good change of pace shooting men’s fashion. For this Style feature in the June/July 2014 Issue of Auxiliary Magazine Jay Fritzius of the Buffalo based band As Summer Dies modeled an updated version of the classic punk look.
Another Auxiliary Magazine Style feature I shot this year. For this one in the April/May 2014 Issue we went for a bohemian meets goth look that was a really fun style for spring and summer.

I think this is one of my favorite shoots of this past year! I shot this fashion editorial for Auxiliary Magazine with fashion stylist Shannon Kramp and I have to say, we make a pretty awesome team. We shot at a classic lima bean shaped pool in the country outside Buffalo and its curves allowed for lovely swooping shapes of turquoise in every shot. The models, hair, and makeup were all spot on and although we may all have been quite beat after an eight hour long shoot in the sun, we had a blast!
