For Calvin’s two year portraits we took it outside as he clearly wanted a lot of room to run around and play. We chose Buffalo’s Delaware Park for his child portrait session because it had a playground and a few other fun locations. It was a fun session chasing him around as he explored and enjoyed the day!
Brothers Riley and Tanner spend a lot of time together so it made perfect sense that they needed some sibling portraits! Plus mom wanted some photos of her boys for the annual holiday card. We shot these in Buffalo’s iconic Delaware Park and moved between a few spots in the park to get a good range of photos. The boys were very excited so there was a bit of encouraging and wrangling to get them to stay put for more than a second. Yet after a handful of photos in the beginning and some one on one attention they got the hang of it and we got some fun and wonderful shots!
For Calvin’s eleven month portraits we did a photoshoot with a little Valentine’s Day theme. Calvin wouldn’t sit still for this shoot so it took a lot of wrangling to get him in front of the camera but it made for lots of smiles and laughter!
For Calvin’s eight month portraits we did a holiday themed shoot and made a little snowy white scene. We also shot a family portrait and I used these photographs in a cute holiday card design.
For Calvin’s seven month portrait photoshoot we did a little Halloween themed shoot at Como Lake Park. Some fall leaves, some pumpkins, and matching flannels made for a cuts shoot.
